Sherbrooke Ombudsman
It’s no secret, Sherbrooke offers an exceptional quality of life. And the concept of quality of life includes a harmonious relationship between residents and municipal authorities.
The Sherbrooke Ombudsman was created to listen to concerns and provide fair and equitable conflict resolution services.
The Ombudsman offers its services free of charge to citizens who have reasonable grounds to believe that a person or a group has suffered or is at risk of suffering damages as a result of their dealings with the City of Sherbrooke or a City representative. Damages may be the result of negligence, errors, unfair treatment or abuse.
Visit the website: Ombudsman de Sherbrooke (in French only).
