Public transportation

The Société de transport de Sherbrooke (STS) operates the City’s public transportation services, including adapted transportation for people with disabilities. Residents and visitors can count on fast and reliable service via bus routes that serve all of Sherbrooke.

Smart mobility

The STS strives to meet your needs and make mobility easy with an app called “Transit.”

Children 11 and under ride for free

Children 5 and under ride STS buses for free at all times. Children 6 to 11 years old can also ride for free upon presentation of the Accès libre card for children 11 and under.

Solidarity pricing program

The STS and the Community Development Corporation (CDC) of Sherbrooke coordinate the “Solidarité transport” solidarity pricing program which aims to make public transportation more accessible to families and individuals in situations of economic vulnerability by allowing them to benefit from a fare discounted on their monthly subscriptions.

Bike-n-bus

The urban buses of the Société de transport de Sherbrook are equipped with bike racks, so you can combine active transportation with public transit!

Intercity transportation

Intercity transportation in the Sherbrooke area is provided by two companies:
